Charles Moore Place is a cluster of seven eco-friendly houses in Felsted, Essex, designed by award-winning architectural practice Sergison Bates. Each house is inspired by the Arts and Crafts movement and features high-spec finishes, private gardens, large double garages, and space for additional parking. The homes have a common palette of materials and details, including red-facing brick exteriors, clay pantile roofs, and chartreuse-hued Scandinavian softwood windows and doors. Inside, the homes feature Ketley Clay quarry tiles, engineered oak floors, and crisp, minimalist decor. Each house has four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a kitchen with grooved units and quartz worktops, and a boot room with transitional space between outdoors and in. Private courtyards with newly planted beds and borders, sheltered patios, and approaching driveways complete the properties.
