Land

A parcel of woodland is located just outside the old market town of Helston, approximately 0.5 miles from the town center. The land lies within 2 miles of the fishing village of Porthleven and is accessed off Newham Lane, a minor county lane, via a pedestrian or vehicular gate. The woodland features a level hard standing area and predominantly conifer trees on a sloping topography, bordered by a public highway to two sides, and provides a mixed habitat with an abundance of flora and fauna.
