The beach hut, Beach Hut 720, is a small structure measuring 7'5" x 6'6" with a pitched roof and wood panelling. It can accommodate up to six people with two bench storage units. The hut includes a range of furniture and equipment, including a Calor gas stove, tables and chairs, folding chairs, and children's toys. The licence fee for the hut's ownership is initially £764.03 for the year 2025/26, rising to £802.23 in 2026, and the annual licence fee starting from £723.24 in 2025.
