Tulchan Estate is a 21,768-acre Highland sporting and rural estate along the River Spey, east of the Cairngorms National Park. The estate includes eight miles of the River Spey with four productive beats and fishing huts, as well as red and roe deer stalking, two driven grouse moors, a pheasant shoot, partridge shooting, and a hill loch. The estate center features Tulchan Lodge, a recently refurbished Edwardian lodge with five principal reception rooms and 14 en-suite bedrooms, as well as Knocktulchan Lodge and four holiday cottages. The estate also encompasses five tenanted farms, an in-hand farm, forestry, fishing lets, a seasonal restaurant, and a small meat box business.
