The property, Greenmerse Farm, consists of approximately 340.08 acres of bare land, with elevation changes from 3.5m to 15.7m above sea level. The land is classified as Grade 3(2) and 6(3) by the James Hutton Institute and is divided into silage land, grazing land, rough grazing and merse, and woodland and forestry areas. Specific acreages include 62.37 acres of silage land, 95.60 acres of grazing land, 153.33 acres of rough grazing and merse, and 28.81 acres of woodland and forestry. The land is enclosed by post and ryelock fencing and has internal and external farm tracks and excellent field-to-field accesses.
