Land

The property is a 10.99Ha (27.17Ac) patch of semi-natural upland pasture situated in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. The land is gently sloping and faces south and south-easterly towards the Birkdale and Great Sleddale becks. It is located between 360m and 460m above sea level and is zoned as a Severely Disadvantaged Area. The land can be subdivided into three lots, including a sloping pastureland area with three stone field barns, another smaller area with enclosures and grazing rights for 75 animals, and grazing rights in gross for 145 animals on nearby commons.
