Land

The property is a 35.79-acre block of grazing and amenity land, with most of the land in pasture used for cattle grazing and the remainder in scrub that attracts wildlife. Approximately 8.32 acres of the land is classified as a Sites of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI). The land is split into multiple enclosures, ideal for stock rotation, with double vehicular gates from a minor county road to the north. The enclosures enjoy natural shelter and some have granite walling and livestock fencing. A public footpath runs along the eastern boundary of some of the field enclosures and then inside the boundary of three other enclosures before reaching the road.
