Property

The property is a 7.14-acre parcel of amenity/agricultural grazing land located in the Lake District National Park, approximately 4 miles from Windermere. The land is split into three separate field enclosures with good roadside access on either side of the Gilpin River, which runs through the property from north to south. The land slopes gently to the south and has a footpath and bridle path crossing along its length. The boundaries are in good stockproof condition, and the property can be accessed from two points: Rickttrae Lane and the Starnthwaite Road.
