Land

The woodland at Abergwynant spans approximately 50 acres of semi-natural ancient woodland, featuring a mix of mature native deciduous trees and established evergreen conifers. The land is adorned with traditional dry-stone walls and sections of stock fencing, and has been ungrazed for several years, allowing natural flora, birdlife, and woodland ecology to thrive. The terrain is varied, with gentle undulations giving way to steeper pockets that add character to the woodland. Access is provided through a network of meandering woodland tracks that radiate from a gated entrance, suitable for foot and 4x4 vehicle traffic in some areas.
