The land is bounded by Skipsea Drain to the north and partial hedges to the east, south, and west. It has previously been used as silage ground and is suited for grazing or equestrian use, with potential for leisure use subject to necessary consents. The land is accessed from Leys Lane, off Main Street, and is registered under Land Registry Title YEA108997. A public footpath crosses the land due south from Leys Lane, and part of the land is a Scheduled Monument, with the site of a medieval hall and moat.
