Marlborough Lodge features 32 one and two bedroom apartments, each with its own front door for privacy. The apartments vary in dimensions and layout, but all have kitchens with tiled surfaces, colour-coordinated worktops, fully fitted appliances, and a waist-height oven, hob, hood, and fridge/freezer. Integral washer/dryers are also standard in all apartments.
