The proposed development involves the construction of a building containing 20 apartments, accompanied by 14 car parking spaces at ground level, on the south side of North Military Road, near its junction with Durham Hill. The site is located in close proximity to York Street (A256), which provides direct access to the A2. The project also includes the demolition of an existing retaining wall and the subsequent erection of a new one.
