Brook End Farm is a site with a range of farm buildings, including traditional brick construction and modern steel portal frame structures. The site surrounds a pond on its eastern side and is located near a farmyard, approximately 10 miles north of Bedford and west of St Neots. The farm buildings will be redeveloped with planning permission granted for two 4-bedroom semi-detached dwellings, each approximately 2,421-2,529 sq ft, and one 3-bedroom dwelling, approximately 1,776 sq ft, which will be accessed off Riseley Road.
