Land

The land at Little Tew is a productive area with a mix of arable and grassland, bordered by mature hedgerows and featuring areas of mature, mixed woodland. It has multiple access points from the village and is near a memorial bench. The land is zoned as part of a Nitrate Vulnerable Zone and a classified conservation area, and has public footpaths crossing some areas. It includes a right to harvest crops and retains all sporting, timber, and mineral rights. The land is available in up to seven lots or as a whole, and is further divided into a total of 59 distinct parcels, with varying mixtures of crops and woodland.
