Land

The property is a broadleaf woodland, predominantly composed of oak, ash, and holly, with a variety of other species found throughout. A stream, the Nant Bran, runs through the valley, and multiple public footpaths provide access to the wood. The woodland floor features a variety of flora, including bluebells, Common Cow Wheat, bilberry, and ferns. Fencing exists along the north-western boundary, while the south-eastern boundary is largely formed by a track. The western boundary is partly a small stream.
