Land

The property consists of a 22.23-acre (9.00Ha) ring-fenced block of meadow and pasture land, well walled and fenced, with access tracks leading in from the village. A natural spring and stream provide drinking points for the land, which is mainly composed of Grade 4 soils, including the East Keswick 2 series and Winter Hill series, described as deep, well-drained, fine and coarse loamy soils with steep slopes in some areas.
