The property consists of 285 acres of land set at an altitude of around 1,450 ft above sea level, comprising approximately 40 acres of permanent pasture with a livestock handling pen and the balance being rough grazing bounded by banks and running down to the River Barle. The land is situated within the Northern Exmoor SSSI and has direct road access from the adjacent council road along the southern boundary. The property also has a high landscape value.
