The property is a proposed new house plot located in a charming town with winding streets, known as the Gateway to the Glens. The site is situated East of Kirriemuir, near the village of Kinnordy, and is bordered by the B957 to the north. The land has a gentle slope from north to south and panoramic views of the Angus countryside. The property will be a 1.5-storey house, with the design to be agreed upon in further approval. Access to the site will remain as existing, through the eastern boundary.
