Land

The land at Glengarnock is a self-contained block of approximately 76.09 acres of good grazing and silage ground, accessed from Grahamston Avenue or Loadingbank Road. The land sits between 29 and 34 metres above sea level and is classified as mostly grade 4.2, suitable for permanent pasture or an arable rotation. The soils are comprised of Alluvial and Kilmarnock Associations, supporting a good crop of silage and well-maintained pastures. The land is predominantly flat with gentle slopes.
