Greenmerse Farm is a 359.58-acre productive sheep unit located just under 5 miles from the village of New Abbey. The farm has a range of modern and traditional buildings, including a steading that has been extended and modernized in recent years. The steading consists of various structures, including a general purpose shed, slurry store, loose housing, and a sheep shed, among others. The farm also includes a farmhouse that has been unoccupied for approximately 10 years and requires renovation. The land is classified as Grade 3(2) and Grade 6(3), with an average rainfall of 66.98mm to 132.29mm per year. The farm also includes 19.50 acres of land and further acreage available through a separate negotiation as Lot 2, which consists of silage land and grazed woodland areas.
