Land

The land is situated on the southern outskirts of Keighley, with access via a track leading from the junction of Oakworth Road and Exley Road. It is of undulating nature with a southerly aspect, interspersed with woodland blocks and mature trees. Suitable for grazing or horses, the land comprises separate fields enclosed by stone walls and fences, previously used for grass conservation purposes. Access is from the north over a track, which is included in the sale, but also grants a pedestrian right of way to the adjacent cottage owners.
