Land

Riding Copse is a private woodland of mature broadleaves located in Hyons Wood, two miles southwest of Prudhoe. The property has a gentle northern aspect and lies at the base of a wide shallow valley. It features a mix of birch, oak, and beech trees, along with a stand of mature oak to the west side. The woodland floor is covered in soft grasses, ferns, honeysuckle, foxglove, and various woodland flowers. Two streams cross the property, and there is a small seasonal pond near the middle of the wood. The wood is accessible via a well-found stone track, with a final unsurfaced link to Riding Copse navigable by 2WD vehicles. The property also features a variety of open glades, with saplings planted recently by the vendor.
