The property is 73.259 acres, with a 53.50-acre salt marsh area located on the western part, which is a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) and is under agreement with Natural Resources Wales. The eastern 19.76 acres is used for grazing land and has potential for agricultural, equestrian, and amenity uses.
