Land

The land at Stannington is located approximately 12 miles north of Newcastle upon Tyne and is situated on the east side of the A1 Motorway. It spans approximately 6.97 acres (2.82 hectares) of Grade 3 agricultural land and is currently used for grazing. The land is accessible via the A1 and is close to the town of Morpeth, with room for a variety of uses subject to obtaining the relevant consents.
