The site consists of approximately 20 acres of open countryside to the north of Ponteland in Northumberland, benefiting from a rural yet accessible location off the A696 and near Newcastle International Airport. It is currently used for equestrian purposes but could be suitable for numerous uses, including residential development, with a positive pre-application response received for this use.
