Land

The property, Coed Caer, is a woodland standing high on Mynydd y Gaer with rolling countryside views. The woodland is a mix of conifer, larch, and spruce trees planted in the late 1950s, with some areas of broadleaf including oak and beech. The property has an open feel due to well-spaced trees, with swathes of grass making exploring and walking easy. There are areas of mosses, wildflowers, and fungi, and one large open flat area suitable for a campsite or woodland activities. The access is via a tarmac road and a stoned access track, with parking and a stone forestry track that leads through woodland to Coed Caer. The boundary is formed by a main access track, a fenced area, and marked stakes and an old stone wall, with the remainder of the woodland being flat with gentle slopes.
