Land

The land south of Loddon extends to approximately 16.04 hectares (39.64 acres) and includes a block of attractive grazing with a mosaic of habitats, including grazing marshes, copse, scrub, and drier grassland. The parcels of land follow the eastern boundary, with drier grazing, and the western parcels with lower-lying land divided by dykes and ditches with crossing points. A well-positioned corral provides ease of stock movement and handling, and an IDB maintained drain is fed by small springs, providing water for stock all year.
