The beach hut is located at the top of Chichester Avenue, near a vending van and amenities including pay and display parking, a WC & shower block, and a seasonal train stop. The hut itself has a drawbridge entrance, double opening doors, vinyl and rubber matting flooring, a floor-standing cabinet, a sofa, wall shelving, and a rear window with a shutter, providing lovely views across to the Isle of Wight.
