Land

The land at St Kennera Terrace is a 9.01-acre (3.65-hectare) block of agricultural land, classified as grade 3.2 by the James Hutton Institute, and currently used for silage production. The land is situated on the outskirts of the village of Kirkinner, adjacent to the village, and has a rural setting with an attractive edge-of-village location. It is well suited to pony grazing, equestrian interests, and small-scale livestock enterprises, and also retains the capability for continued forage and silage production. The western boundary is currently unfenced, and the purchaser will be responsible for erecting a suitable stock-proof fence along this boundary.
