Land

The land is sloping in part, with most of it fenced with post and wire or hedgerows, and includes permanent pasture. The soil is comprised of slightly acid loamy and clayey soils with natural springs and some loamy shallow lime-rich soils over chalk or limestone. There is a public footpath crossing the western parcels. Access is available from Arundel Drive, with a drop-down kerb. Lot 2 is a single steep pasture field with access off Rodborough Lane, lying over shallow loamy lime-rich soils over chalk or limestone. No public rights of way cross this land.
