The beach hut is situated on Walton Seafront, with elevated sea views, and benefits from a raised outside wooden decking area with seating and storage space. The decking area is conveniently located near public toilets, a fresh water supply, and the town centre, pier, and mainline railway station. The interior features a stable door, pull up window hatch, transparent moveable window, fitted seating with storage, fitted wooden work surface with cupboards, and vinyl flooring. A porthole window with shelving space under is also featured. The current owner has informed us that a gazebo is included, which can be used on the decking area. The exterior offers views and is made of beach hut material.
