Land

Lot 3 - Top Land is a separate block of land situated at the end of Pipers Lane with a further direct highway access off Mudhouse Lane, Burton to the north. The land comprises two large fields with small copses adjoining the boundary and is approximately 52 acres in size. The land is described as Grade 3 glacial tills, being loams and clayey loams suitable for a range of arable and forage rotations.
