The farm is situated near the town of New Cumnock in East Ayrshire, with access to Cumnock and Ayr. The property comprises a traditional stone farmhouse, modern and traditional agricultural buildings, and approximately 164.93 acres of land for grazing and silage production. The farmhouse features four bedrooms, three public rooms, a kitchen, and a loft with storage space, and is heated by a 140kW biomass pellet boiler. The farm buildings include a dairy complex, cubicle sheds, a Dutch barn, a general purpose shed, and traditional outbuildings, as well as two silage pits. The land is primarily classified as Grades 4(1), 4(2), and 5(1), with most fields benefiting from a mains water supply and access via internal farm tracks and the public highway.
