The site is irregularly shaped and located in the south eastern corner, with an existing building that will be demolished. The proposed development is a four-storey building with 54 student beds in clusters of three, four, and five-bedroom apartments. The ground floor features an indoor cycle store, laundry, plant room, reception, bin store, and shared amenity space.
