The site is located in the village of Stickney, East Lincolnshire, and has a total area of approximately 1.73 acres. The site is bounded by a house, Braybrook House, which is to be demolished as part of the plans. The site will share a new access road, which will lead to the foodhall/shop and the residential development. The foodhall/shop will be located at the front of the site and will accommodate a mix of retail and food uses. The residential development will consist of up to 50 dwellings, with a proposed indicative layout scheme showing a mix of detached houses, bungalows, semi-detached and terraced houses.
