Land

The vineyard consists of 5.12 hectares (12.65 acres) of land planted with Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Ortega grapes in 2019. It features a southerly aspect, accessible road frontage, and a purpose-built barn spanning 3,060 sq ft (284 sq metres) with three-phase power and water connectivity. The barn has four roller shutter doors and the potential for dock loading bays. An irrigation pond and drainage system with prior approval from the Dover District Council are also in place.
