Land

The property is a 3.12-acre parcel of land in the Bannau Brycheiniog National Park, situated beneath Bwlch village in an elevated position overlooking Tretower and the Sugar Loaf mountain. The land is sloping pastureland with a few small pockets of woodland and a tree-lined bridlepath along the bottom boundary. Several small springs rise from the rock outcrops across the hillside, feeding the Ewen Brook in the valley basin below.
