Park House is a two-storey, traditional masonry building with a flat roof, arranged in an 'L' shape. It comprises 12 self-contained one-bedroom apartments, six on each floor, which have been refurbished to a good modern standard. Each apartment has new white bathroom suites and fully fitted kitchens. The property also includes a large car park with 16 parking spaces.
