Land

The site is located to the east of the Chapel of Rest in Lower North Country, Redruth, and extends to 0.29 hectares (0.71 acres). It currently comprises a hard surface and scrubland, with historical links to tin streaming. The site has good access to a county highway on two sides, an archery field to the rear, and is bordered by the Chapel of Rest to the west. The relatively level topography and proximity to main transport routes make it suitable for the construction of four or five dwellings.
