The property is a block of level productive agricultural land covering 20.39 acres or 8.25 hectares, contained within a single ring fenced block comprising three level fields. The land has frontage to and direct access from the B3315 coastal road, with a right of way over a track leading to gateways. The land is classified as Grade III and has a separately metered mains water supply connected. The fields have mainly Cornish hedge boundaries and internal divisions, and are currently used to grow cabbages, previously planted with daffodil bulbs and corn.
