The 1.30-acre western paddock and 0.75-acre eastern paddock are separated by Gurry Lane, and each has modern post and stock proof fencing, 14' metal gates, and free draining sandy soils. Both paddocks are re-seeded and fertilized, with the land categorized as Grade 2 quality on the Agricultural Land Classification Map.
