Land

The property extends to approximately 16.64 acres of land, which has historically been used for pasture. The land is situated on the left-hand side of Passfield Road, approximately 200 yards from the B3004 road between Bordon and Liphook. The land has a geological classification of Cretaceous and Tertiary sand, with well-drained, very acid sandy soils. The property has three vehicular access points, two of which are directly off Petersfield Road, and the third is over a track between neighboring properties. The land is designated as Countryside and is outside of the South Downs National Park.
