Seven detached homes are grouped around a private landscaped courtyard, each with three double bedrooms. The houses are designed to maximize natural light and minimize energy costs through high insulation levels and the use of alternative and renewable energy technologies, such as solar pv panels with battery storage. Each house has a generous living area, dining kitchen, and study space on the ground floor, while upstairs accommodation includes a master bedroom with built-in wardrobes and two further double bedrooms with optional built-in wardrobes and dressing table. The kitchens are fully fitted with integral appliances, and the bathrooms are finished with tiled splashbacks and walls. Externally, the houses are finished in white roughcast render with timber cladding and PVC gutters. Each house has its own private garden with patio seating area, and the homes are connected to mains electricity, water, and drainage with ultra-efficient electric radiators and insulated to meet the Scottish Government's New Build Heat Standard.
