The plot at 45a Lincoln Hill is a 1500 sqm site on Lincoln Hill in Ironbridge, within the Ironbridge World Heritage Site, Conservation Area, and the Green Network. The proposed replacement dwelling will be a substantial individual home arranged over basement, ground, and first-floor accommodation, with a total floor area of approximately 468 sqm. The design features a generous four-bedroom dwelling with garage and a traditional layout with gable roofs, a chimney, and fenestration details that respect the heritage sensitivity of the location. The home will have an ultra-low-energy design incorporating Passivhaus features and an innovative form of offsite manufacture. The grounds will be landscaped to retain existing trees, replace native planting, and include flagstone paving and edging that suits the character of the setting.
