The site is reasonably flat and level, with no substantial earthworks required, and can be ready for early development subject to obtaining reserved matters consent. The vendor has a completed Section 106 Agreement in place, and the developer will be required to connect the farmhouse at Park Farm to the west of the site to mains drainage.
