The exterior features a clamp facade application, and the interior has optional wooden panelling or FRP options. The buildings have floor insulation with a 18mm plywood and wooden patterned PVC floor covering. Electrical and plumbing systems are installed with clean water and waste water connections. The building's interior includes a kitchen with a ceramic floor, water-resistant countertops, stainless steel sink, and kitchen cabinets. The bathroom features a chrome-plated concealed shower set, ceramic washbasin, cabinets with drawers, and a mirror. Other features include modern lighting, heat insulating glasses, and doors and window joinery that provide heat and sound insulation.
