Lot 2 comprises two parcels of approximately 66.74 acres of Grade 5 rough grazing land, currently used for sheep grazing and divided into two parcels by sheep netting. The land is situated between the market towns of Stanhope and Consett, with direct access to the A68 via a privately owned, gated access road. The two parcels are separated from Lot 1 by Healeyfield Lane.
