Land

The property consists of approximately 7.68 acres (3.11 hectares) of grassland, with a flat area and a moderately sloping section towards the north, divided into two fields by dry stone walls. Boundaries include Stocksmoor Road to the south and the Huddersfield to Sheffield railway line to the north, while the western boundary is adjacent to other grassland. Vehicular access is provided via a galvanised metal field gate from Stocksmoor Road.
