Land

The land at Shatton extends to 122.94 acres of pasture, situated in the Peak District and rising from 220 to 380 metres above sea level. The land is partially ring-fenced and has a farm track that serves as a Byway Open to All Traffic (BOAT) vehicle access to the highest point. Lot 1 is a 101.39 acre block of pasture that has been regularly grazed by livestock, with a range of elevations and opportunities for natural capital, biodiversity, and income streams.
