Land

The property is a woodland located at Craigview Wood, Glenlochar, near Castle Douglas. The woodland features level ground to the side of broadleaf trees and has been planted with Sitka Spruce conifers around 15 years ago. The site attracts a range of wildlife and offers panoramic views of the Galloway Hills. A small spring is located on the property, adjacent to the main access track. Access is via a right of way across a neighboring field and through the surrounding woodland. The sporting rights are owned and included in the sale.
